Denise and her husband, Nolen, have lived in Colorado Springs since 1991 when Denise joined a large ministry where she worked in fund-raising for 10 years. Both Nolen and Denise are Colorado natives, with Denise growing up in Colorado Springs and Nolen in Denver.
Denise joined her husband in real estate when they purchased a Century 21 franchise in 2000. Denise has received the Century 21 Centurion Award from 2000 to 2007 and has received the Pinnacle Award for Customer Service every year. Denise also received the Century 21 #1 Top Selling Agent in the State of Colorado in 2005. After selling their franchise in 2007, Nolen became Chief Operating Officer of a Christian ministry and Denise joined Keller Williams Clients Choice, and continued dedicating herself to serving her clients real estate needs with integrity and excellence in all of her business transactions.
When she has time, Denise enjoys golf and 10 grandchildren! Denise and Nolen have been married 34 years and love Colorado where all their children and grandchildren live.
In 2007, Denise and her son-in-law, Michael Moffat, became THE BURT TEAM. For three years they have received the Gold Award for top production and Customer Service in the Keller Williams system.
Michael's experience includes many years in customer service and sales, and he brings a multitude of gifts to this team. He is a Colorado native and has lived in Colorado Springs his entire life. He knows the area well ! Many words can describe Michael, but the one that comes to mind is SERVANTHOOD. He is the father of two boys, ages 3 years and their newest arrival now 7 months. Michael enjoys sports, camping, and time with his family.
